Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to create an account.

Not a medical service

Habitual Guy is a personal planner and habit tracker, not a medical or mental-health service, and it doesn't diagnose or treat anything.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for your own personal planning and habit tracking.
• Don't try to access other people's accounts or data.
• Don't disrupt, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't use it for anything unlawful.

Your content

What you write stays yours. You let us store and process it only to provide the service to you.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or stop offering the service; where reasonable, we'll give notice so you can export your data first.

Limits of liability

The service is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Changes

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll ask you to agree again in the app.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
